Our Garam Masala powder is made with selected indigenous or heirloom varieties of naturally grown chemical-free whole spices from selected farms across India. Hygienically made in small batches, our Garam Masala spice blend is made using a generational recipe with pure ingredients and is completely free from adulteration. All the ingredients used are grown in different parts of India and are traceable to their source. Use it in your preparations and let the magic of tradition and premium spices unfold.

  • Our Garam masala ingredients are - 

    1) Njallani Green Cardamom - This naturally grown farmer-bred variety with a hint of floral and citrusy notes gives a delicate touch of sweetness without overpowering other flavours. 

    2) Idukki Clove - Idukki-grown cloves or Indian cloves known for their high oleoresin content compared to their imported counterparts add warmth and pungency to our garam masala.

    3) True Indian Cinnamon - With sweet and subtle flavours, our true cinnamon provides a sweet yet warm profile to our garam masala.

    4) Idukki grown Nutmeg and Mace - Grown in lower ranges of Idukki, our nutmeg and mace add depth to our garam masala with their complex flavour. 

    5) All spice - All spice aka Jamaican pepper aka sarvasugandhi is a combination of pepper, clove, nutmeg and cinnamon making it an ideal base for our Garam Masala. 

    6) Indian Star Anise - Indian Star Anise characterised by more petals in each flower than their imported counterparts, imparts a sweet-liquorice flavor, adding depth to our Garam Masala. 

    7) Fennel/Saunf - This Indigenous variety of Fennel is naturally grown in Rajasthan.
