Palakudi, an indigenous cardamom variety has finer and strong aroma and flavours than the hybrid varieties. Along with  creamy flavours it has  sweet and nutty taste notes, making it a right match with desserts. With distinct circular shape and smaller pods in comparison to newer high yielding varieties, Palakudi, is a rarity these days and grown only in specific regions along the cardamom hills tract.  Our farmers use zero budget natural farming and microbial controls to grow our Palakudi naturally. The raw cardamom is slow dried over a period of 24 hours, polished,sorted and hand sorted before packaging.
