Out of over 75 cultivars of Pepper cultivated in India,Karimunda variety is the most flavourful of all. Using spiritual farming, also known as zero budget naturalfarming, to create forest-like conditions in our fields, wegrow chemical-free and naturally grown pepper. Inter-cropped with tea, all our pepper is cultivated at an elevationhigher than 1000 meter. Higher elevation accounts for moreflavour and higher oil content in pepper. To ensure greaterdensity (620+ litre weight), more flavour and increased shelflife, we harvest our pepper only when it’s fully ripe.
